How do I cancel my subscription?

Harper subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions, and select Harper to turn off auto-renewal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

All App Store purchases — including Harper subscriptions — are refunded by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Harper purchase, and request a refund. We do not process App Store refunds directly.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Harper on your iPhone and go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, financial connections, and all stored data. You can also revoke any linked bank connection from the same Settings screen at any time. If you run into trouble, email [email protected].

How is my financial data protected?

We use Plaid to connect to your bank read-only — Harper never sees or stores your bank credentials. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256. We can never move money on your behalf.
