Common questions.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Sign in and open Settings, then Manage billing. That opens the Stripe portal, where you can cancel, change your payment method, or download invoices. Access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
How do I get a refund?+
Email [email protected] and tell us what happened. Refunds are handled by us directly through Stripe, not through an app store.
How do I delete my account and my data?+
Sign in and open Settings, then Delete account. That removes the account, every bank connection, and the stored transaction history. You can also disconnect a single bank or a single tool from the same screen without deleting anything else. If you get stuck, email [email protected].
How is my financial data protected?+
Harper connects to your bank through Plaid, read-only, and never sees or stores your banking credentials. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Moving money is not something Harper can do — the actions it is allowed to take are a fixed list in the code, and transfers are not on it.
Do I need to install an app?+
No. Harper lives in iMessage, and there is a web dashboard at harper-ai.com for your accounts, transactions and settings. There is no app to download.
How do I stop Harper texting me?+
Tell it. "Stop the daily one" turns off the morning brief, and you can switch off the weekly recap and the alerts the same way. The same controls are in Settings if you would rather use a screen.
I found a bug, or I want something built.+
We would like to hear it. Email [email protected] with what happened and a screenshot if you have one.
Who handles privacy and legal questions?+
The same address. [email protected] covers support, privacy, data access and legal.
Still stuck? Email us and we will come back to you.
